Can I use Tastify for free?
All Tastify plans come with a 30-day free trial. When you feel like you need additional features, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. There’s no minimum contract for Tastify — you can cancel at any time without penalty. When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle.
Will you give reminders during free trial?
Yes, we will give you two reminders: once at 15 days into your trial, and another the day before your credit card is charged.
How is pricing calculated for the Pro plan?
If you upgrade to Professional, you’ll be charged a fee per license: either $14.99 per license per month or $155.88 per license per year. For example, if you choose monthly billing and have 5 users, you’ll be charged $74.95 each month. All 5 users will then get access to the shared cupping database!
What is the difference between Pro and Pro with guest?
With Pro + Guest, you can invite as many guests up to the number of licenses you own. They can be anyone - no Tastify accounts necessary! All guest cupping data will also be saved.
Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
Yes, we do! The yearly billing option is about 20% less expensive than the monthly billing options.
What happens when I switch from Personal to Pro?
You can change your plan from Personal to Pro any time without losing any data.
What payment methods does Tastify accept?
We currently accept a wide range of credit cards.
How will I receive my bill?
You will receive your bill via email every month. If you don’t see your invoice, please check your junk/spam folder for the first bill and add that email address to your white list/preferred sender list to ensure that you will always see your invoices.
Can I refund my payment?
Yes, if it’s been less than 48 hours since you made payment for a Tastify account or made an in-app purchase: You can request a refund by inquiring it to us via chat feature on the website. If it's been more than 48 hours, unfortunately we are unable to refund you.
How do I check the status of my refund?
After you request a refund through the chat feature or email us, we will let send you the confirmation via email.
